Cormorant

Cormorant is an elegant, high-contrast display serif inspired by Garamond — fine hairlines, refined proportions and a luxurious, classical character. It was designed for large sizes, where its delicate contrast reads as pure elegance; at small sizes those hairlines get too fine, so it's a display face, not a body one. Cormorant's job is the headline: pair it over a clean, readable body and it supplies all the refinement up top while the body carries the text.

A high-contrast display serif, it leads beautifully over a clean sans body — Manrope, Open Sans, Lato or Montserrat keep the reading neutral and legible while Cormorant supplies luxury and drama, the sans/serif contrast giving sharp hierarchy.
